Way of access: taking Route 205 up to Km 50, from there for another 200 metres along Pereda Avenue until reaching the estancia.

Description: it was built in the year 1927, and has a three-storey house of Normandy Tudor style with an artificial lake that reflects the splendour of the house. It is surrounded by a 45-hectare park that includes a variety of tree species; a setting designed by landscaper Carlos Thays.

The elegant reception area includes the living room, a billiard room, a warm music room, and a dining room to enjoy international dishes and typical criollo food. It is an excellent place for business meetings, events, congresses, conventions, marriages, birthdays and parties in general.

The main house has five suites with two rooms and a bathroom each, and a full suite with working area. Besides, it has three restrooms in the attic, and another three rooms on the first floor.
