Description: it has a magnificent ranch house of Italian style built in 1890 by General Pablo Ricchieri, who according to tradition may have buried his saddle in it. It owes its name to the most typical tree in the area: the ombu, with an ample canopy and aged roots.
The estancia has nine recycled and spacious rooms with private bathrooms (six doubles and three triples), and large windows that allow natural light cheering the interior and jutting out the suite from that period it houses. There is an authentic potbellied stove beside the central heating in every room.

It has a living room with satellite TV and video, billiard, chess and cards tables, not to mention the ping pong table in the lateral gallery along with a soccer table. It keeps an important collection of weapons as well as elements of gaucho decoration, which can be admired on a tour across its interiors.

Travellers can enjoy an excellent roast with the renowned worldwide Argentine beefs in its comfortable and cosy dining room, or the international or criollo cuisine, accompanied by wines of the country. Lunch is served in the shade of the leafy ombu in the summer, in full contact with nature. It offers excellent and personalised attention.

Activities: guided horseback rides, rides in old carriages, bike rides, hikes, swimming pool with solarium, soccer field and volleyball court, living room and playroom.
